General terms and conditions of business

1. Validity

The deliveries, services and offers of our company are carried out exclusively on the basis of these terms and conditions. We do not recognize customer conditions that conflict with or deviate from our terms and conditions unless we have expressly agreed to their validity. In this respect, actions on our part to fulfill the contract do not constitute consent to contractual conditions that deviate from our conditions. These terms and conditions also apply as a framework agreement for all other legal transactions between the contracting parties.

 2. Conclusion of contract

A contract offer from a customer requires an order confirmation. Sending the goods ordered by the customer also results in the conclusion of the contract.

3. Prices

All prices of the items offered are gross prices. They are subject to differential taxation in accordance with Section 24a UStG. The 20% VAT is included in these prices but cannot be shown. Therefore, no input tax deduction is possible.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, our claims must be paid in advance in advance (bank transfer, Paypal, etc.) or in cash upon collection. Cash discounts require a separate agreement. Payments by the customer are only deemed to have been made when they are received on our business account.

5. Withdrawal from the contract

In the event of delay in acceptance, unavailability of the goods or other important reasons, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract.

When contracts are concluded via distance selling, the consumer can withdraw from the contract within 7 working days, although Saturdays do not count as working days. The period begins on the day the goods are received by the consumer or, in the case of services, on the day the contract is concluded. It is sufficient to send the declaration of withdrawal within this period. If the consumer withdraws from the contract in accordance with this provision, he or she must bear the costs of returning the goods.

6. Delivery, transport, delay in acceptance

Our sales prices do not include delivery costs. However, upon request, these services can be provided or organized by us for a separate payment. The actual costs incurred for transport and delivery will be invoiced.

7. Delivery time

All paid orders will be delivered within 3 working days.

8. Place of performance

The place of performance is the headquarters of our company in Austria, 2384 Breitenfurt, Föhrengasse 2.

9. Choice of law, place of jurisdiction

Austrian law applies. The applicability of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. The contract language is German. The contracting parties agree on Austrian domestic jurisdiction.

10. Data protection, change of address and copyright

The customer gives his consent that the personal data contained in the purchase contract will also be automatically stored and processed by us in fulfillment of this contract.

The customer is obliged to inform us of any changes to his residential or business address as long as the contractual legal transaction has not been completely fulfilled by both parties. If notification is omitted, declarations are deemed to have been received even if they are sent to the last announced address.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act, the data provided by the customer will only be used within the framework of the orders placed. The data used will not be transmitted to third parties.

Personal data that is voluntarily disclosed when filling out forms is subject to the Data Protection Act. Consent to the use of data can be revoked at any time in writing, by telephone at +43 (0) 699 1899 44 96 or by email at wilfriedwiesinger@aon.at.

The data is generally stored for an indefinite period of time. However, if the person concerned expressly requests it, it will be deleted with immediate effect or the data can be corrected at any time.

Cookies are used to create features such as your personal watch list. However, no personal data is collected via cookies.

By purchasing through our company, you agree that we will notify you by email as soon as we add new items to our collection in your collection area. The data will of course not be passed on to third parties, sold or used in any other way. By making a purchase you expressly agree to this regulation. You can request deletion from the email distribution list at any time by sending us a message by email.
