COMMENT:
Another copy of this poster is part of the inventory of the Smithonian Museum (https://www.si.edu/object/woodstock-poster:nmah_683363).
This is a rare Woodstock prototype poster, which was printed at the time when the promotors moved the event from Wallkill to White Lake. In the web I have found an newspaper Wallkill-advertisement (see picture #3, which is not part of the offer) which is designed very similar to the poster. Another research brought me to an Ebay item description of the same poster:

Original WOODSTOCK Poster
~This is an Original 1969 Arnold Skolnick Woodstock Poster. A very rare prototype print, given to a local Manhattan Magazine in 1969 to hang up around the city to promote the upcoming festival~
*In early 1969 a handful of these posters were given to the editor of W.I.N. Magazine (Workshop In Nonviolence). The Magazine, who shared their building with War Resisters League, was located on the lower east side Of Manhattan. Michael Lang & Artie Kornfeld’s WOODSTOCK VENTURES office was near by (West 57th Street) and the posters were dropped off when they first began promoting. These preliminary posters, which did not include a venue or bands, were given to the magazine & were put up throughout Manhattan*
